What you will do:

• Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop clear, outcome-focused plans for children and families

• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely and high-quality interventions

• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver holistic and effective support

• Maintain accurate, timely case records in line with statutory requirements and local policies

• Provide practical guidance and emotional support to service users, empowering positive change

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional experience

• Registered with Social Work England

• Experience in assessment and statutory casework

• Car driver with access to a vehicle, essential for the role

• Ability to work from the office a minimum of three days per week

Working hours are 8:30am–5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am–4:30pm on Friday, supporting a structured and manageable working week.
