What you will do:

• Deliver Occupational Therapy Services: Provide safe, patient-centred, effective, and evidence-based therapy within the community setting.
• Support Adult Service Users: Deliver both acute and long-term therapy and clinical interventions to adults in their own homes.
• Work Within a Multidisciplinary Team: Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery.

In this role, having an HCPC registration is essential, and you will also need a valid driving licence to travel within the community.
