What you will do:

• Provide support under the supervision of qualified occupational therapists to help individuals gain independence and improve daily living skills.

• Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels across several organisations, ensuring the highest quality of intervention.

• Ensure that any specialist equipment provided is used effectively to improve independence or ease of care.

• Deliver accurate verbal and written reports while maintaining IT records and correspondence to agreed standards and time frames.

• Uphold confidentiality and data protection guidelines, crucial within council operations.
