Key Responsibilities of the Installation Supervisor:

Supervise AIS busbar and HV equipment installations up to 400kV.

Oversee transformers, GIS, CVTs, and post insulator installation.

Ensure all work complies with RAMS, ITPs, and check sheets.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to site teams as the senior Installation Supervisor.

Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to guarantee smooth project delivery.
Requirements for the Installation Supervisor:

Proven experience as an HV substation Installation Supervisor.

Expertise in AIS installations up to 400kV and HV equipment.

Strong understanding of RAMS, ITPs, and check sheets.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with transformer and GIS installation desirable.

National Grid authorisations and experience with NG, SSE, or Scottish Power is a bonus.
