Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Prison-Cleared Registered General Nurse (RGN) to support Primary Care services at HMP Bronzefield in Ashford, Middlesex. What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care to inmates within a secure environment.

• Carry out clinical assessments, manage care plans, and monitor patient progress.

• Administer medications and provide treatment in line with clinical guidelines and protocols.

• Respond efficiently and effectively to medical emergencies within the prison setting.

• Work both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional and legal standards.

• Contribute to the delivery of a safe, effective, and responsive primary care service.

Requirements

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN

• Must be prison cleared

• Must hold a valid DBS on the Update Service

• Experience in prison healthcare or secure environments is desirable

• Confident working independently and within a multidisciplinary team
